Starting fresh in a new country, learning a new language, and navigating an unfamiliar culture taught me what it really takes to grow in uncertain times.
I’m Kamila LipiÅ„ska - coach and mentor since 2019 for meaningful professional growth - formally and informally, including pro bono initiatives. I support expats in Denmark, early-career professionals, and anyone entering a new chapter of life in finding clarity, confidence, and direction. Having experienced a career sabbatical, job swap, and major transitions myself, I understand how disorienting and transformative these moments can be.

I’ve worked within leading global pharmaceutical companies such as AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, and LEO Pharma, gaining hands-on experience in complex, fast-paced environments and a deep understanding of how people grow and adapt within them.

I’ve also developed a strong passion for reverse mentoring, working with senior leaders to broaden their perspectives and navigate generational and cultural shifts with greater empathy and awareness.

Beyond my corporate experience, I mentor through an NGO, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they step into their careers with confidence and purpose.

Through coaching, mentoring, and creative approaches, I help clients uncover their potential and navigate change in ways that feel authentic. I am an EMCC-accredited mentor and coach, combining structured, results-driven methods with reflective, human-centered development.
