Why I founded Bloomwell
Moving to Denmark taught me that building a career in a new country requires much more than strong qualifications.
Like many international professionals, I discovered that understanding the local labour market, building meaningful professional relationships, and knowing where to focus my efforts were just as important as my experience.
That experience inspired me to create Bloomwell.
Today, I combine over 12 years of experience in global organisations with accredited mentoring to support international professionals who want to build meaningful careers in Denmark.
My mentoring is personalised and focused on helping people gain clarity, confidence, and a strategy that reflects both their strengths and the realities of the Danish labour market.
I don't believe successful careers are built by following someone else's path. They're built by understanding your strengths, making intentional choices and having the right support along the way. That's the perspective I bring to every mentoring conversation.
