Supporting international professionals to build meaningful careers in Denmark

Why I founded Bloomwell
Moving to Denmark, I thought my experience in global Life Sciences organisations would speak for itself. I quickly learned it wasn't that simple.
I remember sitting in one of my first interviews here, confident in my CV, and realising halfway through that I had no idea how to read the room - what mattered to a Danish hiring manager, how directness was perceived, what "fit" even meant in this culture. My qualifications hadn't changed. Everything else had. That gap between being highly capable and knowing how to navigate a new professional culture - is what Bloomwell is built around.
Today, I combine over a decade in global Pharma and Biotech organisations with accredited mentoring to help international professionals close that same gap: understanding the unwritten rules of the Danish labour market, positioning their expertise clearly, and building the right relationships without losing themselves in the process.
I don't believe successful careers are built by following someone else's playbook. They're built by understanding your own strengths, making intentional choices, and having the right support at the right moments. That's what I bring to every conversation.
At Bloomwell, I believe everyone deserves a space to grow in their own rhythm - a space where curiosity, reflection, and balance allow transformation to happen naturally.
Recharge. Reflect. Bloom.
Professional Standards

EMCC Global Accredited Mentor & Coach - Foundation Level
My mentoring and coaching practice is accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), a leading international body for mentoring, coaching and supervision. This accreditation reflects my commitment to working to recognised professional and ethical standards. It means that our conversations are guided by clear principles, professional boundaries and respect for your individual needs and goals.
For me, good coaching is not only about having the right intentions. It is also about continuous learning, reflection and taking responsibility for the quality of the support I provide.
Professional Supervision
I also work with a qualified supervisor as part of my ongoing professional practice. Supervision gives me a confidential space to reflect on my work, explore challenging situations and consider different perspectives. It helps me stay curious, self-aware and thoughtful in the way I support my clients.
For you, this means that the support you receive is professional, considered and grounded in ethical practice - with your wellbeing and development at the heart of our work.
